Meeting Commenced at 7:15 PM.
QUALTERS MIDDLE SCHOOL
Unit Ventilators (#13, #14, #15 & #16) — McLaughlin forwarded letter to the MBC advising
work to unit ventilators is completed and requests item be removed from Punch List. MBC does
not for payment until work is verified by TCI and units are started and tested in Spring, 2001.
Handicap Ramp — David Young noted he had visited QMS this week and reported that the
handicap ramp at the rear of building is complete. JTC has not addressed repair to asphalt cut at
Gym or raising grade levels around catch basins as previously discussed.
Egress Plan — Per Steve Chmura, the "stamped" copy of the Egress Plan is on route from Keyes
Associates' Waltham office to Mansfield. Keyes needs to provide a "stamped" copy to local
Building Inspector to obtain occupancy permit.
MANSFIELD HIGH SCHOOL
Track/Field Project Management — MBC discussed minor revisions to a summary of
responsibilities proposed by School Business Manager. MBC Secretary to forward revisions to
Lincoln Lynch.
Masonry Cracking — School Dept. previously questioned whether cracking recently noticed in
gym walls and locker room was related to construction activity and whether masonry was sound.
Letter was received from Davey Associates confirming that cracking in walls at gym in locker
room is not structural.
INVOICES
R.B. Corrosion Services — Jordan Jackson Elementary
MOTION to recommend payment to R.B. Corrosion Services for deposition preparation
relating to pending roof litigation in the amount of $400.00.
DY/JL: Passes 4-0.
