The Mansfield Planning Board mei; at the Mansfield Torun Hall on Monday,
August 31, 1.970.
resent: Town Planner Chad Maurer Chairman Mendes, and Planners Nelson;
MacFarlane, C .nell i_ and 1,lojtkiewi.ez.
Meeting called to order at, 7:30 PM.
Minutes were read from the meetings of August 3, 17, and Id. Motion by
Planner Wojtk.ewicz, seconded by Planner Nelson to accept the minutes
as read, all. in favor,
Motion by Planner Nelson seconded by Planner MacFarlane to sign the
warrant in the amount of 1;168,50, all in favor.
Notice was received from the Department of Natural Resources regarding the
relocation of Hodges Brook.
The following notices were received from the Board of Appeals
Paul Boyden to conduct a Dance Studio Hearing Sept. 1 at 8:25 PM
Robert Bellto construct a ,summer house ° ° ° ° 8:15 PM
Carl Kane to establish a house lot 8:20 Piet
with a non --conforming frontage.
At 8:00 PM Hearing was ngl l.ed jo order on the application of Joseph
Stivelletta for Q a is eea x off Stearns Avenue,, Hearing was

dessrs! Paul. Dalton and Mike Murphy from Cabot, Cabot & Forbes met
with the Board. Discussion was held on scales and drainage.
Motion by Planner Wojtkicwicz seconded by Planner MacFarlane to sign a
plan for land owned by Trustees of Man,sfiel.d Trust, for land on West
Street Parcel A 0199 acres Parcel B 0.88 acres, all _in favor.
The Board reviewed plans for two apartment complexes one owned by Fireside
Realty trust on Branch Street and one for Arthur .Sti_vel.etta on Oakland
and Swett Street.
Discussion was held by the Board on the completion of Darby Drive:in
Magna Vista.
Discussion was held on Subdivision Control Regulations and on changing
the typical. cross section of road specifications,
Motion by Planner Wojtkiewi.cz seconded by Planner MacFarlane to adjourn,
