Around the table 7. Adjournment r PLANNTNG BOARD MTNTITES r„ The Mansfield Planning Board met at the Mansfield Town FIa1.l on Monday; July 20., 1.970. Present: Chairman Mendes,, Clerk Latham and Planners Cinelli., Nelson and Wellington. Meeting was called to order at 7030 PM. Chairman Mendes asked if there were any errors or omm.issi_ons on the minutes of July 6, 1.970. Motion by Planner Cinelli.,seconded by Planner Latham to accept the minutes as distributed, all- in favor. Motion by Planner Cin,el-li_ seconded by Planner Latham to pay the warrant in the amount of 1$1Q.8.00, all in favor. Chairman Mendes read to the Board the letter of agreement, between the Board and Town Planner Chad Maurer which had been reviewed by Town Counsel. Motion by Planner Ci.nell.i_, seconded by Planner Nelson to adopt the agreement and. attach to the minutes, all in favor. Motion by Planner Nelson, seconded by Planner Latham to authorize Tibbetts Engineering to send to the Board a sepia of the Zoning Map and negative, reproduction of Town Map and negative, all in favor. Mr. Guido Scappel_l.ina met with the Board regarding his plan for land. on Williams Street for eight lots. Motion by Planner Cinelli seconded by Planner Latham to sign the plan, all in favor, Letter will be sent to Town Counsel indicating the Board is interested in filing bi.l.l next year with the State Legislature requiring the Registry of Deeds to notify the Board of any plans submitted to them. Board discussed howcmueh office ,space they wi.l1 require when the Town Hal.I is remodeled. Motion by Planner Cinelli, seconded by Planner Nelson to sign a plan for six acres of land owned by Daniel Ryan located between Williams Street West Street and. Pine Street, all in favor. Motion by Planner Ci.nelli., seconded by Planner Latham to sign a plan for 77 acres of land owned. by Allan Willis west of Willow Street and. Tri County Beagle. Discussion was held, on authorizing Town Planner Chad Maurer to sign all. plans. Board will discuss this at their next meeting. Board discussed whether or not to recommend.to the Board of Appeals that they hold another hearing for Christy Vose to have apartments. Motion by Planner Nelson, not to recommend. to the Board of Appeals that they hold another hearing, Motion was not seconded. Motion by Planner Latham seconded by Planner Cinelli that the Board recommend to the Board of Appeals :hat they hold another hearing. Motion by Planner Nelson, seconded by Planner Cinelli to table the discussion for two weeks, all in favor, j" Planning Board Minutes Page Two July 2.19 1990 Board viewed a plan for Robert Rizzo for three lots on Gilbert Street. Board viewed a plan for William Palanza for two lots on Morini Street. Plan was returned. as existing buildings were not shown. Motion by Planner Cinell.i., seconded by Planner Latham to adjourn, all in favor. Meeting adjourned at 9:65 PM.
