Adjournment PLANNING BOARD MINUTES The Mansfield Planning Board met at the Mansfield Town Hall on Monday June 1.5, 1.970. Present: Chairman Mendes, Clerk Latham and Planners Nelson, Wellington, Wojtki.ewi.tcz, MacFarlane and Cinelli. Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM. Mr. William Chandlers from the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District met with the Board. Discussion was held on appli- cants for the position of `.Down Planner. Discussion was also held on a scope for work to be done by the planner. Mr. Stivelletta and engineer Mr. R. C. Southwick met with the Board. Discussion was held on the lay out, of water pipes and drainage. Mr. Ronald Rebman was interviewed by the Board. for the position of Town Planner. Motion by Planner Latham seconded by Planner Cinelli to accept the minutes from the meeting of June 15, 1.970 as read, all in favor. Motion by Planner Nelson, seconded by Planner Cinelli to sign a plan for land on Elm Street for the estate of Jennie Collins and Raymond Wood, all in favor. Motion by Planner Latham seconded by Planner Nelson to sign the warrant in the amount of ,,;60.33, all in favor. Motion by Planner Nelson seconded by Planner Cinelli to sign a plan for land of Charlotte Brown dated June 1, 1970 on Gilbert Street, all in favor. Motion by Planner Cinell.i., seconded by Planner Wojtkiewitez to sign a plan for land of Emma Wi_l.li_amson dated June 5, 1970 on Mill Street, all in favor. Motion by Planner Nelson, seconded by Planner MacFarlane to sign a plan for Richard C. Morse for land on Elm Street (3,1 acres), all in favor. Motion by Planner MacFarlane, seconded by Planner Cinelli to adjourn, alliin favor. Meeting adjourned at 11:58 PM.
