was about 49,000 square feet and was located in a Residence B Zone. He
also stated that a Form A plan was filed;on November 1968, so that this
development will come under the old zoning. He indicated that it might
be advisable to put a retaining wall along the easterly side of the
building.which would eliminate the pitch to the parking lot. He suggested
that the plan be revised and that all elevations comply with Hatch Act
Approval. He also suggested that a note be placed on the plan requiring
all site improvements be installed before a certificate of occupancy can
be issued. .Planner Mendes asked to have the plan checked with the Sewer

rear of lot 4. The Board does not consider it an acceptable
practice to drain water into an area that has no outlet.
-3 -
Especially since it is located on a single family residence
lot. The Board will require that the storm drainage system
be tied into the State system located in South Main Street.
3. The Board is awaiting a legal opinion from the Town Counsel

points:

streets.

Maple Street prior to a meeting with Selectmen on August 11.
10. Town Planner Maurer advised the Board that when he went to investigate
Wayside Estates he found that the tight Department had already begun to
install utility poles in the front three feet of grass strip. It was
the Board's intention to have the poles installed in the back strip.
Motion: To write a letter to Mr. Rizzo informing him that the Planning
Board will not approve the, utility poles being placed anywhere

is responsible to him for installing the poles.

and not a recommendation of the Planning Board.
11. Town Planner Maurer advised the Board of his concern with wording on the
