MINUTES
March IS, 1971
The Mansfield Planning Board met at the Planning Board Office
in the Town Office Building on March 1$, 1971.
Present: Town Planner Maurer' Chairman Mendes, Clerk Latham
and Planners: Wellington' Nelson, and MacFarlane.
Meeting called to order at 8:30 PM.
The Board reviewed a Form A Plan for J. & B. Construction.
They did not sign the plan because the existing buildings
were not shown.
Motion by Planner Nelson seconded by Planner Latham to sign
a plan for Waldor Realty Trust for a lot on Franklin Street,
all in favor.
Motion by Planner Nelson seconded by Planner Latham to sign a
plan for Frank Beisceglia on Jewell Street, all in favor.
The Board reviewed definitive plan for Waldor Realty Trust for
f' a subdivision to be known as Pinetree Estates. The Board
asked to have Ralph Maloon meet with them on March 22, 1971 at
9:00 PM to discuss details of the plan.
The Board discussed revised plan for the relocation of Maple
Street.
Board discussed Phase II of the 701 Contract. They will meet
with Mr. Toole of ,%PEDD at their next meeting to discuss details.
Motion by Planner Latham ,,econded by Planner Wellington to
reappoint Chairman Mendes to be the Planning Board representative
on the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Commission
all in favor.
Motion by Planner Latham seconded by Planner Nelson to.Iadjourn,
all in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 11:00 PM':i
