MINUTES
May 31, 1972
The Mansfield Planning Board met at the Town Office Building on May 31, 1972
at 7:00 PM.
Present: Chairman Mendes, Clerk Grant
Planners Latham and Zaffini
1, Motion: To approve the warrant in the amount of $59.63
(Grant-Zaffini, all in favor) VOTED
2. Board discussed the proposed subdivision Regulations prepared by Thomas
Associates and reviewed the comments made at the Public Hearing of April
20, 1972, with respect to the responses from Mrs. Thomas and Town Counsel.
Board made the final changes in the regulations.
3. It was agreed to ask Town Counsel Grady for an opinion regarding the
submission of subdivision plans between the time the Public Hearing was
held and when the Board formally adopts the proposed regulations.
4. Meeting adjourned at 10:35 PM
