It was suggested that this becomes a civil suit between Mr. Klenk and Mr. D'Annolfo. 5. Mr. James Freeman, engineer for Home Developers Inc. subdivision on Willow Street met with the Board to discuss the possibility of holding a Public Hearing on the subdivision. He presented a ;plan showing the possibility of connecting the subdivision with Waldor Realty Subdivision on South Main Street, but noted that the developers had not reached an agreement as yet. All the lots within the subdivision will be serviced by sewer connected to Willow Street. Mr, freeman suggested that it would be a good idea of one out- let were developed for sewer and also for water connection. It was noted that the dead end street shown as 40' on the plan would have to be corrected to 50' as required. He was advised that the plans were not in sufficient form to advertise for a hearing, lot 7 does not have frontage and several bearings were omitted. b. Mr. James Wills, Chairman of the Charter Commission met with the Board to request the use of Town Planner Maurer in some of their projects. He explained that their immediate need was for the development and compilation of a general public questionnaire and for the compilation of the information gathered from interviews with individuals. The consensus of the Board was that this would be possible so long as it did not interfere with Planning Board projects. 7. Board reviewed a Form A Plan for Peter Fontanini for 2 lots on Tremont Street. It was noted he had purchased an additional 56' to the rear to make the lots conforming. Motion: That we table any action on any Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Plan until handling of the outfall of the drainage system has been resolved. (Mendes - Motion: To table action on the Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Plan.
