He also noted that he had discussed the drainage from the property with the City of Attleboro Water Department but that no definitive response has been received. _4® Minutes November 28, 1973 Discussion was held on the drainage from this property and its impact on the property to the north. Engineer Maloon noted that when the streets are constructed that the swamp will be provided with an outlet which will go into the street drainage system. Maloon noted the possipJ] jty`ofia portionrof this project, being proposed as a custer development. He suggested that the section nearest Gilbert Street could be developed as a conventional subdivision and that the remaining land could be developed under cluster and that his clients would be willing to phase construction. It was noted that even if the development is phased, that a major portion of the drainage work would have to be completed during phase 1 - this would include the development of the retention pond. It was suggested that the phasing of the project be noted on the plan and that the approval of the preliminary plan be only for the first phase. It was noted that the land along the Wading River will be used for conservation purposes and that the development of the retention area will require approval of the Conservation Commission under a Hatch Act..',A meeting will be set up with the Conservation Commission to discuss this. 16.
