Board met with Charles Francis, from Ryan & Elliott and Lou Gerriere, the engineer, to discuss the proposed revisions in the approved subdivision plan for Mansfield Industrial Park Realty Trust. The plans were as follows: the revision in the rail line to service Owens Illinois which necessitates the moving of the rail across the ditch. A note should be added to the plan stating that the easement will also be revised. Engineer Gerriere presented a pian showing the proposed revision In the street plans showing the drainage to the Corrofab property. It was noted that the drain pipe from Corrofab pitches toward the Corrofab property and there is a 5 inch drop in elevation toward Corrofab. Mr. Francis noted that this amendment was being done at the request of Corrofab who had already paved their parking lot to drain in this direction. Planner Wellington noted that the pipe could be installed under the railroad track and go into the ditch on the westerly side of the track. Mr. Francis noted that he thought there was a pipe there, but that he was not sure. It was the consensus of the board to request that more information be obtained relative to the grades in that area before they make a decision on the plan. Engineer Gerriere noted that a draftsman in his office had erased the Planning Board's signature from the original linen. It was noted on the Sepia copy that the original had been signed. Engineer Gerriere also presented a plan showing the revision of the retention area as requested by the Massachusetts DPW. He presented a letter from the DPW indicating their approval of this project. Ii. Planning Director noted that regarding Canoe River Acres, Douglas King is getting ready to put in the additional sub -drainage system requested by the Board on the lots.
