Board discussed with Jim Sanders the removal of the stones on the Sarro land. Mr. Sanders stated that he weld take them out, however he would Ira Minutes September 5, 1973 have to tear down 25 or 30 trees and he did not think the owner would like that. He also stated that Bristol Equipment was not repponsible for putting the stones there, but that he would remove them. Planner Latham wanted to know why the stones were the concern of the Planning Board anyway and Planning Director Maurer stated that this was brought up at an earlier Planning Board meeting and it was voted to send a letter requesting the removal of the stones. The Board agreed that it was not the responsibility of Bristol Equipment to remove the stones, that it was the responsibility of Mr. D'Annolfo. He also asked again that the Board provide them with a letter stating that they had complied with all of the Board'sc:requests in their letter of August 24, 1973.
