Planner Wellington stated that he would like to have somebody 'keep looking out for it, and that the middle of Lawndale Road has spillage all over it. Planner Wellington stated that he would like the ,telephone number of the Building Inspector as he tried to get in tough with him on this matter and found that he has and unlisted number. Town Planner Maurer informed the Board that Charlie Boutas had talked with Leon Grant, the Building Inspector at that time, and Grant told him that he would not have to have a permit because it was incidental to the house, and that when he sold the property the people agreed to let him have the gravel U he removed it within one year. It was noted by the Board that just as soon as the trucks are on the road it is not incidental to construction. Chairman Mendes stated that he could do it but he should have a permit from the Building Inspector, that just to remove it from the house!Aots he doesn't need a building permit. Planner Wellington noted that there was so much spillage you couldn't even ride down Lawndale Road and that there is plywood over some,,catch.,basins and sawhorses near some so they could just drive right into the hole. Planner Wellington noted that if they had already loomed and seeded the lots he is removing gravel from they would have to be redone because they are all ruts now, it was also noted that there was spillage on East Street and thattt uio F eSCioa 4f3Pine,,,yieW. Terrace and Lawndale Road was broken up. 4. Planner Wellington questioned where the Town stands on the 701 program, as it was supposed to be printed last spring. Town Planner Maurer informed the Board that he had discussed the changes with Guy Scarpellini but he had not brought the plans back. 11. The Board noted that on January 15, 1973 he stated that he would not be available for the January 22, 1973 meeting. Planner Macfarlane questioned Town Planner Maurer as to how far the gravel removal operation would be from the well site. Town Planner Maurer informed him that it was about 600 feet. Planner MacFarlane felt that it was too close. Chairman Mendes stated that it only has to be 400 feet. Planner Wellington asked Town Planner Maurer for a map that shows where the well site is compared to the lot. After reviewing both the gravel removal plans and the well site plans the Board noted that the gravel removal site is lower so that the drainage would not affect the well site area. It was noted that the difference between two bounds on the well site plan and the gravel removl plan were not in conformance. It appeared that there was a 50 foot strip that was not owned by anyone. 12. Public Hearing was held for Compo Chemical for rezoning at 8:45 P.M. Town Planner Maurer informed the Board that he had asked RIM Engineering what they would charge to install the bounds for Mr. D'Annolfo in Magna Vista. It was noted that there was $250 in difference between RIM Engineer- ing and BSC. Town Planner Maurer felt that BSC would do a better job as they would not go by the bounds that bre they, they would check the entire land area and RIM Engineering would set the bounds based on the bounds that were already in. Town Planner Maurer informed the Board that after talking with Mr. D'Annolfo he stated that he would only pay $250 for the work and Town Planner Maurer informed him that he would have to pay what- ever the cost was incurred. Town Planner Maurer informed the Board that it was his understanding that Town can cash the check before 1976 and he felt they should cash the check and have the work down andTown Counsel said that they should do this but inform Mr. D'Annolfo that they are going to do it. Town Planner Maurer informed the Board that he had sent Mr. D'Annolfo a copy of the Form A and requested him to sign the form A and return Jt with a copy of the plan, then they would send him a letter to:be 9urg that he returns the plan. Chairman Mendes stated that they should write up a work program and get prices on the same work from both BSC and RIM Engineering, so that they would get prices from both of them on going back beyond the bounds that are already set. 17.
