1. Board reviewed the Form A plan for Gibson Brothers for land on the corner
of Tremont and West Streets. It was noted that this was the Board's first
review of the plan. The Board noted that the plan conformed to the
regulations and it was the consensus of the Board to formally endorse the
plan at thee. next meeting.
2• Board discussed the Riverside Park subdivision off Benefit Street. Planning
Director Maurer noted that the information requested by the Board had not been
received. It was noted that the information on the design of the sewer lift
station has not been received, however, Bill Cahoon is putting together the
information and the specifications will be ready for the Board's review at the
next meeting.
3. Board discussed Green Acres subdivision off Maple Street. It was noted that
additional information requested has not been received.
4. Board discussed Camelot at Mansfield located on Tremont and Williams Street.
It was noted that the information requested had not been received.
5. Board reviewed a letter from Richard Steinert, of Owens-Illinois, relative
to the right-of-way crossing over the ditch. It was noted that the information
requested in the Planning Board's letter of May 2, 1974 had been complied with,
however, the detail for fencing was not shown.
Motion: To write a letter to Mr. Steinert stating that the design of the
crossing of the right-of-way is approved and that the Board will
require that when the fence is installed, that it go around the
perimeter of the Owens-Illinois property and not cross the drainage
ditch at a point other than the right-of-way. A sketch will be
included with the letter depicting the location of the fence.

6. Board discussed the site plan approval application for the Mansfield Investors
Trust for land on Forbes Boulevard (Clerk Grant left the room and did not
participate in any discussion), it was noted that the sketch of the drive -way
from adjacent property was now shown and that a problem will be created by the
location of the light pole on Forbes Boulevard as it is in the center of the
proposed drive -way.
Motion: Send a letter to Mansfield Investors Trust relative to their site plan
approval application requesting that they amend the plan as submitted
and show the following:
1. The final design of the drive -way on the property as it relates
to the drive -way shown on the site plan.
2. The final design on the relocation of the light stanchion in
Forbes Boulevard and the adjustment of the curb lines on the
islands in Forbes Boulevard.

3. The plan for the adjacent property should also be submitted
because the two plans directly affect each other.
