February 4, 1974

1. Board reviewed the variance application of <Joseph Gonsalves for land
on Webb Place to convert a 7 apartment building to an 8 apartment
building. The building would be located on 8100 square feet of land.
The Board noted that the building ;is presently being used as a ware-
house and apartment and that this is not a good,mixture of use. The
Board noted that the minimum land area required for apartments in a
Residence B Zone is 60,000 square feet and that the applicant did
not meet the off-street parking requirements.
Motion: That the :variance not be granted.
(Wellington -Latham, all in favor) VOTED
2. Board reviewed the Form A plan for Mansfield Trust for land on Hampden
Road '.
Motion: To sign the plan on Wednesday, February 6, 1974.
(Latham -Wellington, all in favor) VOTED
3. Planning Director advised the Board that a zoning amendment had been
received from Carl Nelson for land on School Street. It was the consensus
of the Board to advertise for a public hearing as 'soon as possible.
4. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 P.M.
