1. Board reviewed the :6, zoning amendments which UiW il,l be. presenting at
the 1974 Annual Town Meeting and made changes where appropriate In each
of the following articles: Cluster Development; Water Body Setback and
Wetland Protection; Site Plan Approval; Parking and Loading; Enforcement
and the Rezoning of 'Land from An 'ipdustrial''to An Agriculture Zone.
It was the consensus of the Board to hold the formal public hearing on
March 11, 1974.
