Planning Director Maurer noted that the noterequested on lot 23 had been
corrected as requested and .that he had discussed the alternative of doing
work down stream rather than in the retention area and Mr. Antosca stated

plans for land on Fruit Street, for which the Planning Board had disapproved
the preliminary plan. Engineer Maloon noted that the elevation of the
manhole had been corrected as requested. Mr. Maloon noted that if a easement
could not be acquired for the sewer across the property of Sheehan that
they could take the sewer out to Jruit Street. Mr. Day noted that regarding
the easements for the corner roundings that he had sent registered letters
to the abuttors requested to purchase the corner roundings and there has been
no reply from them.
Planning Director Maurer noted that it may be possible to take the sewer
through the property of Thomas instead of Sheehan if they could acquire an
easement from Thomas. It was noted that the Town sewer easement documents
would have to be reviewed by Mr. Day to see if there is any restriction
regarding connecting into this sewer line.
Mr. Maloon requested the Board to waive the corner rounding radius for the
three lot subdivision. Board to take this under advisement.
