EMERGENCY MEETING
FOR REVIEW OF THE GREEN ACRES SUBDIVISION
June 10, 1976
Present: Chairman Dunn, Clerk Tighe
Planners: Mahana, Parsons, Latham
Planning Director Maurer
1) Board reviewed the definitive subdivision Plan for Green Acres
It was noted that the following additional@oints requested
by the Board at their meeting of June 9, 1976 had been complied
with:
a) A note added to the water main to be extended in Maple
Street to read that "The proposed 8 inch water main
extension to be installed by Home Developers, Inc. as
part of the approved subdivision."
b) The area of wetland and dry land on lots 12, 13, 15
and 16 be shown.
It was also noted that with respect to lots 11 through 18,
that have frontage on Maple Street, are subject to the terms
of the covenant and that the Planning Board will have to
release these lots before building permits can be issued.
Motion: To approve the Green Acres definitive subdivision
plan.
