The Mansfield Planning Board held a Special Meeting on Monday, May 3, 1976
at the Mansfield High School Auditorium
Present: Chairman Dunn
Planners: Dupont, Latham, Mahana, Tighe
Planning Director Maurer
1) Board reviewed their recommendation for the zoning petition of Robert
Currivan to rezone a parcel of land on the corner of Route 106 and
Route 140 from its present classification of Residence A to the
classification of Business C. Board endorsed their recommendation
as voted at their meeting of April 28, 1976
2) Board reviewed their revised recommendation for the zoning petition of
Karl Clemmey to rezone a parcel of land on Route 106 from its present
',classification of Agriculture to the classification of Business C.
Board endorsed their recommendation as voted at their meeting of
April 28, 1976.
3) Motion: To appoint Planner Tighe Acting Clerk.
(Mahana-Dupont, all,in favor) VOTED
4) Board reviewed the Form A Plan for Richard Murphy for 2 lots on Elm
Street. It was noted that all of the corrections requested at the
meeting of April 28, 1976 had been made.
Motion: To approve the Form A Plan for Richard Murphy for land on
Elm Street.
(Latham -Tighe, all in favor) VOTED
5) Motion: To adjourn
