regarding a site plan application. He noted that they would be
constructing a metal building for the storage of steel and there Will

Estates. Planning Director Maurer noted that the drainage ditches
that the Conservation Commission was referring to were dug after
the Planning Board's site review and that they drain surface water.
However, he advised that he had inspected the ditches with Clerk:l
Tighe and it was noted that there is water seeping in through the
sides of the ditches, which may indicate ground water. ,The ditches
are approximately 2 - 3 feet deep.

that he and the Planning Director met with Town Counsel and they reviewed
the matter. Town Counsel has concurred with the Planning Board's opinion

It was suggested that a way of solving the problem was to install a
pipe that wou1',d have an estimated cost for material of $5,000. Planning
Director Maurer to check with the Housing Authority and the Town Manager
to see if they would be willing to participate in the program with Mr.
Ceccarelli, using a portion of Mr. Ceccareeli's bond set aside for loam
and seeding in the amount of $2,880, and the Housing Authority purchase
