Page 16 - Section IV -B - Noted that you can have a detached
garage 5 feet from the property line, however if a garage
is attached it has to be to meet the sideyard setback requirements
in the zone and felt that perhaps the sideyard should be
adjusted for garages and other uninhabited structures.

garages for 3 cars and why not increase it to 5. Planner Grant
noted that in Attleboro there are large garages and they do
not look good.

Regarding parking that with a 30,000 square foot lot that there
should be no reason for people parking in the streets.
Planner Mahana:
Page 19 -Section V -C-3 durable curbing, felt it should be either
more specific or deleted completely.
Planner Grant noted that regarding this section it applies to
all zones, which means that all driveways in the residential
zone must have 2 1/2" of pavement and durable curbing.
Planner Mahana felt that this should be reworded to read
"all parking areas, with the exception of residential
dwellings containing up to families, shall contain
....." to be reviewed further.
