1. Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m.
2. In attendance: Greg Matoian
Dana St. James
Andrew Bank
Nancy Hinote (Non-voting)
3. Sign weekly motor vehicle abatements, motor vehicle warrant for 2007 as requested by
Tax Collector, motor vehicle warrants for 2017 Commitment 4 & 90.
4. 390 Oakland Street, ATB Settlement, joined by lames Sullivan via teleconference who
agreed that our signing of the "Mansfield RealtyTrust" vs. Assessors of Mansfield ATB
settlement analysis Sch 2 reallocated final values does not evidence that the final value
for 2017 is the assessors opinion of the actual 2017 assessed value but was done for
settlement purposes and values were to better utilize overlay accounts.
S. Next meeting scheduled for August 23, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
6. Sign notice of late filing, 270 North Main Street, Unit 404.
