She stated they were filed with the Town Clerk on June 29, 1973 and recorded at the registry of deeds in plan book 142, page 33, 34, and 35. She stated the covenants have run out for Circle C and Camelot and the bond money is not sufficient to finish the roads if the builder defaults. 6) Rich Merigan; Dr. Jerome B. Carr; and Frank C. Morgan, Attorney appeared before the Board to discuss the pond development application for Henley - Lundgren. Mr. Merigan explained the revised plans that they have submitted. Chairman Lesuer asked the total amount of earthen material to be removed and Mr. Merigan stated there would be about 400,000 cubic yards to be removed. He stated 250,000 ,yards would be a bare minimum, but Dr. Carr noted that the plan would have to be 'completely revised to bring the figure down that low. He said that 65% to 75% of the earth removal is related directly to the pond development. Chairman Lesuer asked if this is the minimum size pond. Dr. Carr stated if they tried to enlarge it they would run into bed rock and the stream, so they were limited in size. Planner Hartmann asked if this revised plan was as acceptable as the first one they proposed. Dr. Carr stated they are both acceptable. The consensus of the Board was to delay the decision for Henley -Lundgren until the July 11, 1979 meeting when the full Board will be present. 7) Motion: To endorse the "Approval Not Required Plan" for Joseph Dufresne for land on Ware St. (Hartmann - Grant, all in favor) VOTED Minutes June 27, 1979 Page 4 8) Motion: To endorse the Approval Not Required Plan submitted by Juris Seitens for lots on Bird Road.
