Present: Chairman Flynn, Clerk Kaufman
Planners: White, Brugliera
1) September 11, 1980 was an emergency meeting called by the Chairman
with agreement of all members that it was necessary. 6:00 P. M.
2) The Board reviewed the Form A - Approval Not Required Plan submitted
by Jack Riccio for land on Union Street Extension. Chairman Flynn
pointed out that the plan had been submitted to the Board on Sept -
ember 9, 1980 for approval. On inspecting the plan, the members
noticed that the plan had not been accepted by the Tobin Clerk and voted
to return the plan to Mr. Riccio. Mr. Riccio called the Chairman on
the 10th of September and stated he had been to the Town Clerk on the
9th of September and that the Clerk's signature was on the Form. He
explained that he had an appointment on Friday the 12th with his lawyer
to sign papers for the sale of the lot and asked what recourse he had.
Chairman Flinn felt that the Board had made an error and called the
emergency meeting.
Motion: To approve the Form A - Approval Not Required Plan submitted
by Jack Riccio for land on Union Street Extension.
(Kaufman - White, all in favor) VOTED
3) The meeting adjourned at 6:06 P. M.
