Maurer filled in as Town Planner at the Airport Commission meeting.

Chairman Flynn read the Town Engineer's comments to the Board regarding the
drainage. It ;was noted that the Town Engineer needs more time to study the
traffic pattern.
Mr. Boyden wanted to know what the landscaping standards are. He pointed
out that there were some trees that exist now and some will remain. Outdoor
seating was added because there was a; grass area. They willremove;the
seating if there is a problem with the parking. It was noted that the Board
realizes that restaurant parking in the Zoning By-law may need some; revision.
The Town Engineer came into the meeting and went over his comments with the
Board.. The Engineer used 50% of the area as determining a co -efficient of
.07%. He noted there are adequate catch basins for the property, but he
needs ,more time for review of :the traffic pattern, and thatr-the concern is
Chauncy,Street. Mr. Boyden noted he had met, with Sgt. Figuerido, concerning
the egress to the property. The owner will provide entrance sign on the
property, but the Town has to provide a'sign showing that there is only an
entrance at that point. Mr. Boyden also noted that he had discussed the
Plan with Mr. Charatte of the Mass. DPW and he stated that there are 14,000
cars ,going through that intersection now and there will be 14,000 cars in
the future also.
Town Engineer Stanzione questioned the size of the sign that will be 'put
up there. Mr. 'Boyden stated that it will go according to the By-law.
Town Engineer Stanzione also noted that he was concerned about the size of
the trees and whether they would cause an obstruction. He noted that
