6) The Board discussed the site plan from Paul Boyden for land on Chauncy and
Central Streets. As the Board was reviewing the plan it was discovered that
the two originals had different drainage figures. On plan showed a co -efficient
of .07 and the other showed,roneiof"'09.

two plans are different for drainage.

a variance to construct an addition to her home at 64 South Walnut St. with
a twenty-five foot frontyard measurement which is non -conforming. It was
noted that the proposed addition would be a continuation of the existing

foot frontyard measurement.

installation of a twin 42" culvert across Willow St. at the Willowdale'Golf
Course. Town Engineer Stanzione appeared before the Board and explained the
plan. He stated they are going to keep the look of the sceii:c road. They
are going to install two 42" culverts. There will be a new 12" water line
placed in the culvert. The road willprobablybe-closed-for-2 to-2-1/2_days.
He noted that a memorandum has been sent to the Conservation Commission
asking for an exemption from the provisions of the Wetland Protection Act.
He noted that the Planning Board has jurisdiction because Wil.low Street is
a scenic road..No:trees will be cut and the stones will be put back in the
same areas. They will obtain a':hold harmless agreement from the property
owners. Planner Kaufman stated that he felt that the letter should state
that they were requesting Planning Board Approval. Engineer Stanzione
noted that he would have a letter at the next meeting requesting approval.
10) The date for the next meeting was set for September 3, 1980 at 7:30 P. M.
