At 7:30 A. M. the Board, with Engineer Ralph I. Maloon went to review the site
of the Day/Blandori subdivision on Webster Street and Perkins Avenue. The
Board walked over the center line of the road and saw the location of the
headwall. The Board also walked over the rear of the property of Curley and
Perry.
