Present: Fiore, Brugliera, Genatossio, and Seifert
1. Meeting called to order at 12:10
2. Form A - VanKoert - Franklin Street
This Form A consisted of five lots on Franklin Street. The Form A
was incomplete; therefore, the applicants took it back.
3. Wind Chime Acres
The bond estimate for Wind Chime was set at $136,366. The town received
an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of $110,000. Joseph Zeneski
inspected the drainage work within Wind Chimes and accepted $18,387
worth. Since the bond estimate was set at $136,366 and $18,387 was given
for drianage work, the town should be holding $117,979 in security. The
town is holding $110,000; therefore, the letter of credit has to be
updated by $8,000.
Motion: To advise Ronald Bonvie of the amount of work the Town Engineer
has accepted and to inform him that the letter of credit has
to be increased to $118,000.
