Increase the income based on the amount of time spent. For site
plan review the charge is $25.00. This charge is for checking all
items on the; plan, taking trips to the site (which is usually once
or twice), and meeting with the developer.( It was .agreed that this
price was reasonable. Special ermits - The Town requires a large
amount of information for a;'special ;permit. There is a large amount
of time spent oli site work, A time limit of approximately five
months is, given before action is required.' A $250. price was
decided as reasonable. Norman Mahana asked, "What A f someone comes
in for an addition of time?" Planning Director Folkman said that
$25Q is the initial fee which is good for a one year extension
only, Operation and ins ection fee - Foxboro was charging .10 a
,yard; now they don't a owt at a1. This fee is only for people
