Margo Jellinek said that the letter of credit, ran out in the summer of 81. Instead
of renewing the letter of credit for one year, i't was renewed for only six months.
The reason why it was only renewed for six months was that there was a Special
Town Meeting in the :fall. Now it has run out, and there is not another Town
Meeting 'until May. She asked the Planning Board to 'see that Paul get in touch
with Sidney Covich and see that this gets renewed for another year, She also
said that the property is being foreclosed,
(. Clerk Seifert said that bonds can't be canceled, and they can't run out.
Margo Jellinek said that the bad point of a bond is if the Town wants to get the
money, they can't.
Planner Brugliera said that the Brookline Trust Company is foreclosing on the
lot.The letter of credit expires , 12/31/81. The Town is covered until the
end of December.

to cover;:it, then the Board better pull the money.

the 'lots that Kelton Potter and Sidney Covich own as a partnership. There is a

would like to revise the subdivision to keep it more exclusive. The pro-
posal was that in lieu of a road extension, to replace it with a cul -de -.sac.
The reason for this proposal is that there is alot of traffic always coming
through because of the campground;. Planning Director said that he had not
been out to the site yet, and he suggested to hold it under advisement and

to compare the amount of money being held to the relationship of the amount
of work that has ;to be completed.
