4. Frank Allen's letter requesting release of $560.00
The Planning Director recommended releasing $560.00 from the Heather
Lane account because the fire alarm box for Heather Lane has been
delivered to the Mansfield Municipal Light Company. After delivery
it is the responsibility of the Light Company to install the fire
alarm box. No approximated time of how long it will take the Light
Company•to install the fire alarm box was given. Planner Brugliera
felt that the money should not be released until the fire box has been
installed. He also pointed out that there are 12 families living on
Heather Lane, and the nearest fire box is some distance away. He felt
that if the money was hot released until the fire alarm box was installed,
it may be installed faster.
Motion: To release $560.00 from the Heather Lane account for the
fire alarm.
