3. Year-end review and goal setting for 2014
a. What worked well in 2013
Review of List of Ideas conceived in 2013 — Almost all of these have been completed,
with exception to:
Trees along route 140 median
Signage at town entries (140/106, Easton Line on 106)
b. What can we improve in 2014
c. What new projects do we want to tackle in 2014?
Upgrade/renovate Memorial Park Playground Area — existing initiative
Tie-in with this initiative where we can?
Fulton's Pond?
Dam/Water area off of Williams Street — clear some area for a barrel and bench?

Abandoned Gift Fund Accounts
Neil inquired at Selectmen Meeting
Selectmen need to research and review minutes from when the account was setup, what
its purpose was

Waste Reduction & Recycling 8:40-8:50
9. Grant opportunity for outside bins
Grant opportunity from Coca Cola for recycling bins for the schools — obtain improved
bins from what the schools currently have
Grant opportunity through Doctor Pepper to obtain outdoor, permanent recycling bins
10. Textile recycling programs
Obtain bin/pod to place at the town green
Town or KMB would receive an amount of money per ton of textiles that is put in the bin
Can be clothing, shoes, books
Administration: 9:05-9:15
11. Treasurer's report
$4301.92 is current balance
$3300 is owed to Gueirini
$1500 is for the sign
Net is $498
12. 2014 fundraising
Communications & PR: 9:15-9:30
13. Should we order more bags or golf shirts?
Given our current budget, not at the moment
Bags — spent $500 on it last time, lost money
14. Website and social media updates
Need to add Dan's bio to the website
