being covered by the Planning Board would not be duplicating efforts of the
Master Plan,
Motion: To send a letter to Town Manager, School Superintendent and all

areas as well as other areas. Possibly looking into Federal funding to

why
ch
discussion was held regarding money allocated to the Town for extra
inspectors for the subdivisions. There will not be enough to cover the
balance of FY'87 for subdivision inspections. Apparently requests are
being made for inspections before the areas are ready to be inspected.
The private consultant is contacted and paid for the entire day at an
approximate cost to the Town of over $200.00 per day and the consultant
ends up doing nothing because the site is not ready for inspecting.
A suggestion was made to look into putting money into a revolving account
for inspections.
Motion: To send a letter to Representative William Vernon requesting
advise regarding a revolving account for the inspections of
subdivisions
(Caponigro-Madan) All in favor. PASSES.

Mr. Garen Bresnick, Attorney for the applicants, was present for the signing
of this plan.
Acting Chairman Quinn stated that he had spoken to Chairperson Flynn by
telephone before tonight's meeting and that Mrs. Flynn had stated she
had some questions in her own mind about sewerage and the effect of this
subdivision and sewerage in the last few lots. Chairperson Flynn feels
that if the Town does bring sewerage within 400' of those lots in the next
three years, that the applicant would be required to sewer those lots.
Mr. Bresnick stated that while attending the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting
this evening, he had been asked the same question by Mr. Joseph Zeneski and
the response to the concern is that the technical issue of the grinder
pumpers which would allow connection to the sewer of those remaining lots
will be resolved and may be sewered. After discussion of this issue with
Board members and Mr. Bresnick, Planning Director Callinan stated that
he would take the position that the Board has not granted an explicit
waiver for sewerage under the Subdivision Rules and Regulations,- the applicant
is still obligated to comply with the Regulations. Board members agreed with
this comment.
