Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. 2, 7:30 P,M. - Public Hearing - Screenings and Buffer - Zoning Article The public hearing for the zoning articles for screenings and buffers began at 7:30 P.M. The hearing was closed at 8:30 P.M. A copy of the transcript is available at the Planning Department office. Around the Table Clerk Quinn stated that at the last meeting, the Planning Board decided to appoint a member from the Planning Board to the Growth Management Council and he feels that this appointment should be made while the Chairperson is present at the meeting. Motion: To appoint Planner Madan to be a member of the Growth Management Council. (Quinn - Fiore - All in favor) Chairperson Flynn would like to know if an advertisement has been placed in the paper for the four citizen -at --large positions; two of which will be appointed by the Board of Selectmen and two which will be appointed by the Planning Board. Planning Director Callinan stated that this has not yet been done, but will be done in the near future. Planning Director Callinan stated that there are four (4) municipal project plans which the Planning Board must make recommendations on as they are the clearinghouse for all such projects. He feels that the Board should meet with the sponsors of these articles. The Board decided to meet on Monday, March 31, 1986. Planner Genatossio stated that she would like the Planning Director to review all the areas in Town to determine how the article for the 60% lot coverage would affect the various areas.
