Board of Trustees Meeting - Febru 'ryy� o ,��

Attendance: Nancy Breef-Pitz, Dana Hourigan, Marianne Mackte,i and Director
Catherine Coyne. Nancy convened the meeting at 8:15 AM.
Secretary's report: Minutes of the January meeting were reviewed and approved.
Treasurer's Report: No update
Librarian's Report:The librarian's report was reviewed and discussed.
Staffing: The library hired a new Library Page, Laurie Jenkins, for 9 hours a week and
has advertised for a Substitute Library Technician for once a month.
Old Business
Catherine met with Bill Ross on January 251" and will be hearing from the Town
Manager regarding the final FY17 Budget.
New Business
The Long Range Plan Survey will be sent out around Valentine's Day and will be
included for the E -News subscribers, the Library Facebook, Website, and paper copies
will be available at the library desk.
Next Meeting: Saturday, March 5, 2016. The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 AM.
