1. Meeting called to order at 6:40 p.m.
2. In attendance: Greg Matoian
Dana St. James
Andrew Bank
Nancy Hinote (Non-voting)
3. Approve the minutes of the May 24, 2017 meeting.
4. Sign weekly motor vehicle abatements & warrants.
5. Sign real estate and personal property warrants for FY 2018 tax billing.
6. Sign notice of late filing, 270 North Main Street, Unit 404.
7. Meeting with Attorney James F. Sullivan, legal counsel to the Board of Assessors to
discuss outstanding ATB cases, possible settling of 390 Oakland Street and a new
updated letter for the exempt status of the Branch Street solar project.
8. Sign the FY2017 supplemental tax bill warrant.
9. Next meeting scheduled forJuly 26, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
