TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is to certify that the following is a vote taken at the June
10, 1992 Special Town Meeting. Said meeting was held at 7:30
P.M. in the Mansfield High School auditorium, East Street,
Mansfield, Massachusetts. There was a quorum present and voting.
ARTICLE 1
To see if the Town will vote to amend the vote passed under
Article 4 of the 1992 Annual Town Meeting and vote to raise and
appropriate or transfer from available funds $15,748,029 to
defray the expenses of the Town departments, as further described
in a document entitled "Town of Mansfield Municipal Budget
1992-93" for the ensuing 12-month period beginning July 1, 1992,
and to transfer funds from the following accounts:
Wetlands Protection Act
Ambulance Fees
Abatements/Exemptions
Pension Reserves
Free Cash
state Aid to Libraries
Water Operations
Wastewater Operations
Electric Department
Stabilization Fund

Move that the Town vote to amend the vote passed under Article 4
of the 1992 Annual Town Meeting and vote to raise and appropriate
and transfer from available funds $15,798,029 to defray the
expenses of the Town departments, as further described in a

and transfer $318,813 from Stabilization Funds a sum of money as
necessary to defray the expenses of the Mansfield Public School
System for the ensuing 12-month period beginning July 1, 1992, as
follows:
