1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. In attendance: Greg Matoian
Dana St. James
Andrew Bank
Nancy Hinote (Non-voting)
3. Sign weekly motor vehicle abatements & warrants.
4. Sign Verizon New England Settlement 2010, 2011 & 2012.
5. Sign request from Board of Selectmen to abate remaining FY2017 taxes on 3 parcels of
land 'gifted" to the Town and approved at annual Town Meeting on May 2, 2017 under
Chapter 59, Section 72A.
6. Next meeting is scheduled for lune 28, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., planning to invite Attorney
James Sullivan to discuss Oakland Street and solar farm.
7. Meeting adjourned at 7.28 p.m.
