6:30 p.m.
Present: Jess Aptowitz, Chairman; Mr. DelVecchio, Vice -Chairman; Michael Mr. Trowbridge, Clerk; Mr. Dentino
and Mr. Schoonveld
Also Present: Paul DeRensis, Town Counsel
Chairman Aptowitz called the meeting to order at 6:35PM. A quorum was present
Chairman Aptowitz stated that all the Articles what were voted in support of last week have a vote of 4:0
because Mr. DelVecchio was not present. He suggested that the Board tonight take a re -vote with the whole
Board present. All members of the Board agreed.
Motion: To move that the Board of Selectmen support Articles 1-10, 13, and 20-23 of the Annual Town
Warrant.
Passes 5:0
Chairman Aptowitz stated that the Board needed to discuss Article 28. Mr. DeRensis stated that the Planning
Board wants to use a date of June 2020 for the moratorium and the Attorney General is not going to approve
the moratorium with that date. Mr. DeRensis stated that it has to be June 2018 and the Article needed to be
amended on the floor at Town Meeting.
Motion: To support Article 28 as amended on the floor that is acceptable to the Attorney General.

Motion: To recess to Auditorium for Town Meeting and adjourn at end of Town Meeting.
