1. Meeting called to order at 6:12 p.m.
2. In attendance:
Dana St. lames
Andrew Bank
Nancy Hinote (Non-voting)
3. Re -organization of the Board of Assessors.
Dana St. James, Clerk
4. Sign weekly motor vehicle abatements and motor vehicle warrants.
5. Branch Street solar project, agreed to table to allow all Board of Assessors
members to read opinions and vote. Will ask Attorney Jim Sullivan to review and
update 2015 opinion.
6. FY2017abatements:
#52 — 905 South Main Street, denied
#53 — 333 School Street, denied
#54 — 321 School Street, denied
7. Next meeting scheduled for April 19, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
8. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
