Present: Jess Aptowitz, Chairman; Frank DelVecchio, Vice -Chairman; Michael Trowbridge,
Clerk; Steve Schoonveld, George Dentino

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chairman Aptowitiz.
Chairman Aptowitz noted that the door to Town Hall was locked, and that he had opened the
doors.
Motion was made to enter executive session during the regular Selectmen's Meeting for
consideration of strategy with respect to non union contract negotiations or to conduct contract
negotiations with non union personnel., the Board of Selectman may consider to go into
Executive Session pursuant to section 21(a)(2) of the open meeting law, and not to return to
regular session.
Motion at 6:01pm by Michael Trowbridge, Second by Frank Delvecchio.
