1. Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m.
2. In attendance: Greg Matoian
Dana St. James
Andrew Bank
Nancy Hinote (Non-voting)
3. Approve. motor vehicle abatements and motor vehicle warrants as requested by
Tax Collector.
4. Sign FY 2017 denials for applications for abatements as per the agenda.
5. Correspondence from Brenda Barrett, 754 East Street Board agrees to send letter
to The Department of Revenue.
6. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
7. Next meeting scheduled for March 29, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
