Also present: Jess Aptowitz, Chair, BOS; George Dentino, BOS; Steve Schoonveld, BOS; Michael Trowbridge, BOS;
Bill Ross, Town Manager
BOS Chair Jess Aptowitz explained the purpose of thejoint meeting was to consider the appointment of George
Sommer as an at -large member to the Audit Committee. The two at -large members of the Audit Committee are
appointed by the Board of Selectmen and School Committee jointly and serve a two (2) year -term. Mr. Sommer
had applied to be re -appointed to the open at -large seat. Lynn Cavicchi made a motion to appoint Mr. Sommers
to the Audit Committee for a two-yearterm; Jenn Walsh seconded.
Motion U.C., 7-0 (3-0 School Committee)
Lynn Cavicchi called for a motion to adjourn the School Committee meeting at 7:28 p.m. A motion was made by
Linda Fernando and seconded by Jenn Walsh.
