1. Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m.
2. In attendance: Greg Matoian

3. Approve motor vehicle abatements and motor vehicle warrants as requested by
Tax Collector.
4. Sign FY 2017 denials for applications for abatements as per the agenda.
5. ATB settlement for 390 Oakland Street 2005-2017, tabled for more information.
6. ATB settlement for 44 Cabot Drive, signed.
7. ATB settlement for 751 North Main & North Main Street, signed.
8. Next meeting scheduled for March 15, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
