Office at: 50 West St. Mansfield, Ma. 02048 Present: Andrew Barr, Patricia Cataloni, Maureen Cook, Carleton Davis Absent: David Loving,. Martha Pierce, Helena White Minutes of the meeting of April 5, 1984 were read and approved. Mail received since tIAe last meeting was read : 1. Minutes of Planning Board meetings February 15th through April 4th. 2. Chart reflecting Commission expense as of March 31, 1984 3: ,Letter -and inventory form received from the Town Account- ant requesting an inventory of all equipment valued QN(G&V $1,000. Maureen Cook stated that Martha Pierce requested that members present any questions they thought might be asked in reference to the Commission article in the warrant at the Town Meeting. David and Andy will select slides and prepare pictures for showing at the Conservation Fair. Martha will supply a table and mimeo- graph questions. Helena White will provide deed information. Patricia Cataloni reported that the history of the Library is progressing.
