Minutes of May 17, 1984
Called to order at 7:40pm.
Members present: Maureen Cook, Pat Cataloni, Lee White, and;j4.Barr.
A.Barr named acting secretary for this meeting.
The minutes of last meeting were read and accepted.

Salem State College information
Apr. 30 budget report
Letter from Foxboro Historical Commission
Members talked about the next area historical commission's meeting
to be held in Foxboro. We will send a letter or call about number
of members attending.
It was learned that Martha's term will expire in Dec. 1984. She will
have to reapply in the fall.
Members talked about the Conservation Fair held last week. Pat was
approached by many people about helping with the cause!
New associate members were listed. They are:
Lou Andrews, John Cataloni, Chas Michener,
Margaret O'Connell and Ron and Cherry Buck.
Members talked about buying a locking cabinet for storing important
items owned by; the commission. A.Barr motioned to table the idea
- until next meeting so other members could join in the discussion.
Motion carried.
Also talked about was finalizing the list of homes and buildings to
research and put them in an order of priority.
Meeting adjourned at 8:50pm.
