Minutes of November 17, 1986 meeting

Members present: Patricia Cataloni, Chairman, Maureen Cook, Acting Secretary,
David Lovinp, ,Jean Nordbeck, Barbara Orlando

There was no mail received.
Maureen Cook contacted Richard Greenwood reparding the survey work he is doing f
in our community. He will. try to come to the Town Hal.] next week to pick up
more photographs of the remaining 15-20 homes he is working on. Barbara Orlando
i
said she will have the photos ready on Friday, Nov. 21, 1986. She will place them
in the file for his convenience.
Barbara Orlando has sent Paul. Split a survey form, so that he may do a history
on his oem home. We checked our files, and we do not have a. survey done on his
house.
It was voted not to meet on Saturday, Nov. 22, 1.986 at the Old Town Cemetery to
plot the graves. Historical Society member, Dot York told us that there has
already been one done, acid it is located in the Jenny Copeland House library.
It was also voted that the Commission will meet at the Jenny Copeland House on
our next scheduled meeting nipht (Dec. 4, 1986) to that we might view the plot
plan of the Old Towm Cemetery.
Maureen Cook and Patricia Cataloni will plot the Bird Road Cemetary (off Maple
St.) on Wednesday, November 19, 1986. A copy will be made for all members of
the Commission, and extras made for the Town Manaper, the Library, and our files.
It was also voted that a letter be composed to be sent to the owners of signif-

icant houses in Kansfield for a series of articles to be presented in the
Mansfield News. Maureen Cook will type the letter, and have copies made.
Maureen Cool; will contact Judy Scott at the Town Nall to cancel the Dec. 4, 1985
meeting in the Town Hall. The meeting will. be moved to the Jenny Copeland house
on Rumford Avenue.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 pm.
