Present: Chairman Saquet, J. Douglas, W. Verzola, C. Seifert

J. Douglas spoke with Town Counsel regarding changes in
Calhoun letter. Town Counsel stated that both parties
would have to initial the changes. Chairman initialed
them for the MBC. C. Seifert will deliver the letter to
Clarnence Morse so that he can have the Calhoun's initial
the changes.
Chairman met with the Board of Appeals last week and
presented the library plans to them. In as much as the
Town does not own the land in question we cannot formally
request a zoning variance. The Board of Appeals voted
to advise the MBC that they are favorably impressed with
the plans. Chairman stated that this essentially means
that they don't see any reason why they would not grant
the variances, I
