1. Minutes of November 13
Motion: Approve

2. Library
Discussion of James Grady's letter regarding setting up
funding. Peg reported that Town Manager did come to the
Library to look at the plans. Itis discussion with the
Trustees was on the budget and he hoped that the MEC would
tackle the parking problem.
Discussion of Town Meeting presentation and fund raising.
Motion: That the MRC have nothing to do with presenting the
Library or raising funds.

As a committee vie will not present the library at town meeting
and we will not raise funds.
Discussion of parking problem. Ask Dix Shevalier to prepare
parking plan malting optimum use of Union and lark Row,
utilizing angle parking and one way traffic direction. Also
keep in mind that many school buses arrive and depart the
Park Row twice a day.
3. Memo from Town Manager regarding Town report.
4. High School Roof
Memo from Superintendent of Schools regarding roof problems
at the High School and requesting a meeting on December 23 at
the High School library.
