Motion: Approve

2, Discussion of Town Meeting articles for library addition.
Motion: To insert the article as follows:
To see if the 'Down will authorize the Town Tr.casyr, r
borrow 1995,000 in accordance with the Puss. Ocnera,_! WE
and to transfer 14,000 from available State Libre_rr "_0,-i,
said funds to be used by the Mun i_c i }gal L'uilding 0mmUL,
renovations and additions to the W nsfield Public Library,
to include architectural and engineering fees and ori;00
equipping of the building, or take any action in relghh
thereto. Said action to be contingent upon the Stag -

4. Town Counsel Charles Vulcaby met with the MBC to discuss the
high School. Woof blister=ing and its possible failure, now or in
the future, Town Counsel noted that it must be determined if
the roof has failed, and if so the date of that failure.
Letter to Burgess and Placher advising them that there is still
"5,000 unpaid on the roof, and that it will be paid when tar is
removed from the marble fascia of the high school and all clogged
drains are cleared.
Lotter to 0. E. -Mault advising him of the serious bubbling and
blistering, ask his ovindon as to whether or not the roof has
failed or is failure :impending and what degree of bubbling or
I blistering is normal in a. roof of this type.

him who he would like to represent the School Department at ;;FC
meetings, and ask if the school is leaking.
Discussion of hiring a consultant to make a determination of the
Ii roof situation.
