that the roof is 'progressing' towards failure. As far ac the tar fl.r;in
down the fascia and in the drains it :is his opinion that these ars not
defects in workmanship bul; it is the nature of the tar, t:�hen .it is
it will flow. Phe drains should be cleaned but it is a maintenance
function. Tar can be easily chipped off. The School Department
should proceed to clean it.
